Terms and conditions
Our evening dresses, bridal gowns and long evening skirts are made individually in the UK once you have ordered. Therefore delivery at peak times can take up to 28 days for these items. All other items are delivered within two weeks, but usually sooner than this. If in the unlikely event any item is discontinued or temporarily out of stock, we will inform you as soon as we are informed from the distributor. We can then discuss with you a full refund or an alternative product if this is appropriate to your needs.
In the event that you are dissatisfied with your purchase you may return it within 7 days for a refund or an exchange*. Simply email us to notify us of your intention and inform us of the reason for the return stating whether you would prefer a refund or an exchange for another size, colour or style. Subject to the goods being returned in the condition in which they were despatched, unworn and with all labels/tickets attached we will commence the refund/exchange process.
* In the interest of hygiene/health & safety we do not accept returns of thongs, briefs and other 'initmate' lingerie items or jewellery.
*Also, please note that we are unable to accept returns of some 'made to order' items - and we ask that you seek clarification on this prior to placing your order.
When returning goods please ensure that you send the items back by recorded delivery, as Evening Belle/Bridal Belle Limited cannot accept responsibility for goods that are not received back at our offices. All returns should be sent to: Evening Belle/Bridal Belle Limited, Thanet Business Centre, 99 Victoria Road, Margate, CT9 1RD.. Please note that we cannot refund postage/delivery costs for goods that are being exchanged or refunded.
This does not affect your statutory rights as a customer.
Under the United Kingdom's Distance Selling Regulations you have the right to cancel your order at any time until 7 days after delivery. Please read section above entitled 'Returns'.
We offer Paypal as an option for our customers to make payments on line.
Those wishing to pay by cheque have the option to print an order form and post us their order with payment by cheque. United Kingdom cheques only please. Once payment has cleared, your order will be processed and your goods despatched.
All prices quoted on our web site are in pounds sterling and inclusive of VAT.
There is a £8.00 delivery charge. We use Royal Mail services and in most cases use their Special Delivery Service as this has proven to be the fastest and safest route for our deliveries.
We ourselves have found it very annoying to have to stay in for a parcel or come home to find a little postcard saying that the courier requires a signature and could you ring them and rearrange delivery. With this in mind, we have decided to send all parcels to you via the post office. If you are not in when the parcel is delivered, then you or a nominated person can pick it up from your local sorting office at your convenience.

The information collected about customers, is that which is entered at the time of ordering. The reason that we collect information about you is to process your order and to provide you with the best possible service. We will not e-mail you in the future unless you have given us your consent, we are replying to your correspondence, or if we need to advise you about your order.
Under no circumstances do we share your data with any third parties.
If you wish to give someone a gift from our site, but are unsure what they would like or what size they are, why not purchase a gift voucher. These can be purchased in denominations of £5, £10 and £25. Once you have ordered the gift voucher, you have the option of having it emailed to yourself or a friend (including a message). Gift Vouchers can be printed and cut out and used as traditional vouchers if you prefer. Each certificate has a unique code, which is entered at the checkout when purchasing your items.
Where a promotion / corporate discount has been given, you need to enter the code that appears in the advertisement. This code will be valid for the period of time stated on the advertisement, and will give the customer the advertised percentage off their goods.
