Dresses, skirts and other clothing items:
For UK Mainland deliveries we use Royal Mail Services - Special Delivery.
We ourselves have found it very annoying to have to stay in for a parcel or come home to find a little postcard saying that the courier requires a signature and could you ring them and rearrange delivery. With these very special items we know how important it is to you to get them as soon as possible and in good order. With this in mind, and having tested a cross section of courier options, we now send all parcels to you via the post office. If you are not in when the parcel is delivered, then you or a nominated person can pick it up from your local sorting office at your convenience.
There is a standard £8 charge for postage and packing on all orders.
Please note that in peak periods some orders can take up to 4 weeks, as our evening dresses and bridal gowns are made to order in the UK. However, most deliveries will be within 14 days - and we do keep a small stock of evening dresses available for immediate despatch. For more information email us.

Mirror Delivery:
We supply to UK Mainland addresses and prices quoted are inclusive of packaging and delivery costs. If no one is home when the courier delivers they will leave a card so that you can contact them direct and arrange a delivery for a time more suited to your needs. In the case of large floorstanding or leaner mirrors we will telephone you in advance to schedule your delivery.
Please note that to enable us to offer nationwide delivery we use couriers for our mirror delivery and deliver is to the doorway at street level.
