Does the back band of your bra ride up your back near your shoulder blades?

This means the bust size of your bra is too big. The underband should fit firmly around your rib cage.

Solution: Decrease the bust size (in many cases, this may mean increasing your cup size). You may find it useful to use our measuring your bra size.

Do your shoulder straps dig in creating red marks on your shoulders?

This could be for a number of reasons:

• The cup size may be too small and the straps of your bra are doing too much work.
• The bust size may be too big and you've had to tighten the straps of the bra.

Solution: choose a bigger cup size or a smaller bust size - the underband of the bra must be level around your body.

Do your shoulder straps keep slipping off your shoulders?

The cup size is too small - there is not enough space in the cup, so the strap slips off.
